FCC Catalyst Supply for a Southeast Asia Refinery

Project Background

A refinery in Southeast Asia needed an FCC catalyst with stable activity and strong anti-coking performance for long-term unit operation, and required technical support to match its feedstock characteristics.

Our Solution

Based on an analysis of the customer’s feedstock oil and unit conditions, MHFC recommended a tailored high-activity FCC catalyst formulation. Complete COA, TDS and MSDS documentation was provided for every batch.

Delivery & Result

The catalyst was delivered in bulk with batch sampling and laboratory analysis before each shipment. The refinery reported stable conversion and improved unit economics, and continues to source catalyst from MHFC.
